Told me honestly that one of the two sites was not worth implanting
I expected to be sold two implants. He explained why the second site would need a graft with a poor prognosis and suggested a bridge instead. That is why I trusted the first one.

Sinus lift went smoothly
Surgery was quicker than I expected and the sedation meant I remember nothing. Swelling for four days as they warned. Follow-up calls were a nice touch.
A written quote before anything was drilled
Two implants over four months. I was given a printed plan with the cost of each stage before I agreed to anything, and the final invoice matched it to the yen. The CT scan was explained on screen rather than described at me.
