Fine for a routine check, less so for anything complicated

The routine skin check was quick and the staff were polite throughout. For the follow-up I saw a different doctor who had clearly not read the previous notes, and I had to explain the whole history again from the beginning.

My GP said three months for the hospital dermatology list. Here I was seen in four days, biopsied on the spot and had the result in a week. It was benign, but the speed mattered.
