Careful work, though I had to wait three weeks for the first slot
Getting the first appointment took three weeks, which is worth knowing before you plan around it. Once I was in, the cleaning was the most thorough I have had in Japan and they photographed everything so I could see what they meant about the back molars.

No fillings in four years
I used to need something done at every visit. Since joining the recall programme here, nothing. The same hygienist every time makes a real difference.
