    DoctorLook · for dental clinics

Patients are already comparing clinics.Give them something real to compare.

DoctorLook is a dental directory for Japan built on evidence rather than adjectives. A listing carries the treatments you offer, the dentists who work there, the equipment our team has verified, and what your patients actually wrote. One Google account starts yours.

    Why list

Every clinic's website says the same three things.

Careful. Gentle. Latest equipment. A patient choosing between four practices within walking distance has no way to check any of it, so they fall back on whichever page loaded fastest. DoctorLook exists to give that patient a better basis — and to give the clinics that have actually invested something to point at.

Be found by the search a patient really makes

Patients filter by treatment, by ward and station, by opening days, by whether you take online bookings — and by the equipment on site. Your listing answers all of it.

    Show equipment we have checked

Equipment on DoctorLook carries proof you upload and a check our team performs. An unverified claim is never shown to a patient.

Answer reviews in your own words

Reviews publish as patients write them, and you can reply in public to every one. Readers look at the reply far more closely than the average.

    Your listing

Six blocks. That is the whole listing.

Fill them at your own pace from the clinic dashboard. Nothing reaches the public directory until our team has reviewed it.

    Clinic & access

Name in Japanese and English, clinic type, address down to the ward, nearest station and walking time, opening days, and how you accept bookings.

    Treatments

Pick from the treatment tree patients filter on. Each entry takes your own note and duration, and the treatment names stay correct in both languages without you touching them.

    Dentists & team

A page per dentist — speciality, languages spoken, days on site — alongside your hygienists, receptionists and coordinators.

    Equipment

Pick from our catalogue of CT scanners, intraoral scanners, chair units, autoclaves and lasers, or describe a unit of your own. Upload proof and we verify it.

    Photos & cases

A gallery of the practice, and before-and-after cases. A case cannot be published until you confirm the patient consented to it.

    Reviews & replies

Everything patients have written, your public reply on each, and a way to flag anything you believe did not come from a real visit.

    Verification

You claim it. We check it. Only then does a patient see it.

An equipment claim starts unverified. You upload photographs of the unit and its serial plate, our team reviews them, and only a verified claim appears on your public profile.

    1. You claim

Add the unit from our catalogue, with the year it was installed.

    2. You prove

Upload photographs. They are kept for our reviewers and are never returned on any public page.

    3. We verify

Our team confirms or rejects it, and the mark appears on your listing.

No clinic verifies its own equipment.

Not you, and not any other clinic in the directory, whatever their standing with us. Verification is ours alone. That is the only reason the mark beside your CT scanner means anything to the patient reading it.

    Getting listed

Four steps from here to live.

Most of it is one sitting. The review is the only part that waits on us.

    Questions

    Before you start

The things clinics ask us first.

    Who can list on DoctorLook?

Licensed dental practices operating in Japan. The directory is built for dentistry first — the platform supports other specialities, but dentistry is what it is for today.

    How do I sign in?

With a Google account. That is the only way in, so there is no clinic password to forget or to leak. Add colleagues as managers afterwards and each gets their own access.

What happens between signing up and going live?

You can build the whole listing straight away. It stays off the public directory until our team has reviewed it, and you can keep editing throughout.

Can I delete a review I disagree with?

No, and that is deliberate. A directory where a clinic can remove its worst review tells a patient nothing. You can reply in public to any review, and flag one you believe did not come from a real visit for our team to look at.

Do I have to write everything twice, in Japanese and English?

No. Treatment names, equipment categories, facilities and the rest of the shared vocabulary are already translated and follow whichever language the reader chose. You supply both versions only for your own words — the clinic name, your dentists' names, your own notes.

Who can see the proof photographs I upload for equipment?

Our reviewers. They are never returned on your public profile, in search results, or anywhere else a patient can reach.

Can several people manage the clinic?

Yes. Invite as many managers as you need and give each a role — the front desk can answer reviews without being able to touch your equipment claims.

Can I take the listing down again?

Yes. Ask us and it comes off the public directory. Your data stays with your account.

Somewhere nearby, a patient is comparing four clinics right now.

Be the one with something to show them.
