    Two refinement sets were needed at the end and neither cost extra, which was exactly what they said at the start. Fourteen months from scan to retainer.

    Good treatment, busy waiting room on Sundays

    The orthodontist was direct about what aligners could and could not fix in my case and recommended braces instead. I appreciated that. Sunday appointments run behind by 20 minutes or so.

    Two years of aligners, and they never once rushed me

    I finished my aligner course here last month. Every review appointment started within five minutes of the booked time and the same clinician saw me from the first scan to the last. When one tray did not seat properly they re-scanned and reprinted rather than telling me to push harder.
